School is rolling and we have long... long days... however i think that the practical laborations are soo much fun! I have so far done two laborations. The first was with identifying different bacteria's and the second was testing bacteria resistance and doing an API 20E. All three have so far been going great! Now there is just laboration-reports to write ;)

Today has been a woozy day, i overslept... woke up 20 minutes before the bus left and just walked up from bed, yes i walked up, no stress no nothing. Got ready, didn't have time to make a proper breakfast so i made 2 sandwiches and ate some cereal. I also arrived on time and that felt good! We had 3 lectures. The one in the morning was about MALDI-TOF MS then we had a break and another woman came and talked about Virus serological diagnosis - trust me it was so hard to listen to this woman that i barely remember what she talked about.... she rushed through it - although one thing stuck and that was about the antibodies IgG and IgM, she also mentioned Western Blott and HIV several times. Lastly we had another woman, her voice was so warm when she spoke. She talked about PCR and how the process of growing bacteria's went, how to give the results as fast as possible etc. I enjoyed listening to her, even though i had to be quick with the notes. 

After the lecture i decided to go home instead of being in school. Once i came home i had lunch and talked with mom and found out some lovely news :) Then i began sketching on a new project and i think it is going to be super awesome! sneek a peek below ;)

Then it was time for me to go to the ALARM meeting 2013. Oh, it was a bit confusing since i saw a bunch of people close to the café but not outside the Academicum. Naturally i began moving myself closer to the crowd. It seemed like everyone knew everyone when i saw them first - not to mention some good looking guys too ;) My first impression was probably the words "new and fun." 

We walked to Academicum and to a lecture room - there i saw a table with fika and the told us to take a seat.  I sat first by a girl with a pink jumper, then we  had to move and then i had to move back - this time i sat by another girl. It became so much fun. My partner was Per and it was interesting to meet him. I hope we'll have a good cooperation :)

We finished around 6pm and i talked with my newly made friends :) They are awesome ! :D

Ojsh! Look at the time... time for me to hop into bed.
