What really happened yesterday? Well i'm going to give you all the details ;D
I had my presentation at 2:30pm (the presentations begun at 1pm.) I arrived earlier in order to calm the nerves. Filled in the surveys of how i thought the program was, got a cinema ticket and a banana. It was a good banana for a hungry tummy.
People started to roll in around 12:30, by then the people i hangout with were there and we found out that another classmate got engaged! Congratuations A :) The presentations before mine were alright, there was this one about "Endometriosis" to which i completely lost the time listening too. Unfortunately he had to hurry up and exceeded his time with a few minutes.
My supervisor showed up for my presentation *yay*. Heart was racing. Luckily the first sentence i said (from default mode) was "I hope no one here hates Disney, Dreamworks or Pixar" and it cracked up the audience. As the presentation was unfolding i walked and talked and tried to rock it (it rocked). One thing that kept me going and calmed the nerves was when i looked out to the audience i saw all of them with big eyes and some with a smile. It just kept fuelling me. Towards the end Jennifer had a few question and when she begun saying that the presentation radiated a great enthusiastic energy i just melted :) Her question were also very straightforward and easy to follow. Then the teachers, those questions were alright :) Overall the presentation went great! I feel great and well, good feedback and that you can pass on something to your audience that's enough for me.

After my presentation we had a 30 minutes break. My supervisor came and said it was great and i was happy. On the break i saw i had missed a call from my Boss-to-be so i hit him up and found out that he wanted to pass some details on the introduction day as i was on the phone, i also asked him about that "1 week" thing and i'm crossing my fingers that he says yes and that i can go! It would be a fantastic adventure :)
When all the presentations were done me and Lou celebrated the freedom with Malaysian food. It was very delicious apart from the octopus, i couldn't eat that! We walked, talked and ate and it was a perfect closure. By the time i got home it was late but i had to chat with my pop, pack my bag and then went to sleep.
This morning, the last packing was done and as for this very moment i'm sitting on the bus to my hometown meeting family :)
Loves,
Wave xxo
