Never give up. Great things take time…

Dear readers, autumn is around the corner. 
I've never been a victim of sick-stress up until recently. Therefore I want to dedicate this entry to stress.

Just to clarify, i don't think stress means worry, anxiety, problems, i think stress is a little of everything and mostly >>pressure<<. It builds up in you and unless you have a power-it-out way by ex. going to the gym; it's quite hard to "get it out" of your system.  Below i have a few options; 
  • You could run it out - any form of exercise focuses the mind, increases oxygen in your body and helps you say "Good Riddance Stress"
  • You could shake it out - wiggle your body or jump.
  • You could laugh it out - keep a joke-page saved in your bookmarks, or a journal with fun memories and jokes. You will feel a difference
  • You could put on some music and walk it out - the stress will not vanish but it will reduce. 
  • You could talk it out - just make sure the other person isn't having a bad day, but having someone to hear you out might work, and maybe they can even see it from another perspective than you :) 
  • You could write it out - unload yourself on a piece of paper and don't think of it. 
  • You could sing it out - singing has been proven to improve moods. Have a karaoke night! :D
  • Massage it out
  • You could meditate it out - if you're into that.
  • You could hug it out - (my favourite) Give it a shot :D 
  • You could perspective it out - we spoke of it earlier (talk it out) Look at it from an objective place. 
  • You could beat it out - another form of exercise, rave it out on a bobo doll at the gym or dojo.
These are not all of them - there are plentiful of options, maybe yours work better than these, then please feel free to share :) The main thing i want to come across with is that you gotta LET IT OUT. Find a way to get it out. Just don't keep it in your mind. Did your boss threaten to fire you? Laugh it out! (or cry it out) then get proactive about it :)
