Monday's....

Good morning :)

I've uploaded the picture with the golden dots, it's in the previous entry "Meraki." A new week is upon us (w.40) and my placement this week is at the Clinical Immunology and Transfusion medicine. Crossing my fingers that everything will go great and if i'm not mistaken i will (hopefully) draw blood from some patients today *woohoo!* :D

Yesterday i wrote an email to an uncle of mine. He had been trying to help me get my practical internship in US, however it didn't work out the way we had planned. It was sad, since i've been wanting to study abroad for a really long time and when the time was right nothing happened. Nonetheless i wrote an email to this uncle to show him my appreciation since i know he tried his best in helping me. It was humbling to see the sincerity in the email he wrote back. Though it was short it conveyed a very loving message. I hope to meet him and aunty and I do have plans on coming to US soon ;) 

Some wise man once said the closer you are to reaching your goal(s) the harder it will get. Why? Because Life tests how badly you want to reach this goal and most people give up when they are so close.
